Second internship on the AI team, working across EQT Ventures and EQT Growth. Building quantitative machine learning models that source and evaluate early-stage founders, and automating the venture workflow on top of EQT's Motherbrain platform. The platform supports sourcing and portfolio intelligence across EQT's funds — from EQT Ventures III (EUR 1.1 billion, one of Europe's largest early-stage tech funds) to the EUR 5 billion Scaleup Europe Fund, which the European Commission and founding investors selected EQT to lead in May 2026, targeting European deep tech from Series B onward.
